Hello friends at Gymansium Znojmo!
My name is Chelsea. I am from the United States, specifically the state of New York. Five years ago I spent a year in Znojmo as a Rotary Exchange Student. Following my year in Czech Republic I went to university and studied Political Science. I am now living in Togo, West Africa where I teach English and work to promote gender equality amongst men and women.
There I speak French mostly and a bit of a local language called Moba. Impressively, about 40 local languages are spoken over the small country of Togo. I believe my time in Czech Republic helped me in my journey to Togo showing me how to adapt to new cultures and quickly learn new languages. I have enjoyed my visit to Czech Republic this summer and I cannot wait to return again!
